PT Usaha Visi is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This is an immediate opening, and the selected candidate will start as soon as possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are available when needed.,Monitor vehicle performance and safety, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicle operation.,Work with the procurement team to source and negotiate for new vehicles or vehicle parts.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
