📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and international standards.
• Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Provide financial support to other departments, including sales, operations, and marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a food service or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
