📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor quality control staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality control role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system is a plus.
