📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage product launches, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Optimize inventory levels using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive business growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail and consumer products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience in managing inventory and supply chain processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
