📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure the café maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Train and develop new staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Store Manager.,Collaborate with the team to create a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with café operations, including coffee preparation and food service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
