📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Oversee the preparation of various dishes and cuisines.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Head Chef.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with various cuisines and cooking techniques.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
