📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the restaurant's standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure the efficient use of ingredients and kitchen resources.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in inventory management and ordering.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items.,Assist in the preparation of daily specials and seasonal dishes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
