📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.,Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
