📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the distribution team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and recommend improvements.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for business use.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Bali.
