📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer letters, onboarding, and compliance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
