(Remote) Shop Assistant

CV Bukit Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Bali.

As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our shop, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers.

We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to our team's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Stocking and organizing products on the shelves.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
• Assisting with cashier duties and processing transactions.
• Promoting our products and services to customers.
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering.
• Providing excellent customer service and handling complaints.
• Assisting with any other tasks as required by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum high school education.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
