📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management for the restaurant.
  • Participate in regular staff training and development programs.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and presents a welcoming atmosphere to customers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
