📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections on products to ensure they meet established standards,Identifying and documenting defects and non-conformities,Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions,Developing and maintaining quality control procedures and standards,Training and mentoring junior QC inspectors,Conducting audits and reviews of quality control processes,Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements,Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001,Proficiency in using quality control tools and techniques,Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with relevant quality control software and tools
