📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring that they meet the company's goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance to team members.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and support as needed.,Ensure that all team members are trained and up-to-date on company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that team goals are aligned with company objectives.,Resolve conflicts and issues that arise within the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Experience in team management and leadership development.,Familiarity with company policies and procedures.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
