📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage service contracts and warranty claims for Collins Aerospace's aerospace products
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Analyze and resolve warranty claims using SAP and Oracle systems
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent service standards
- Stay up-to-date with aviation regulations and technical documentation
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of service manuals and technical guides
- Participate in continuous training and professional development programs
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or warranty analysis in the aerospace industry
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and technical documentation
- Experience with SAP and Oracle systems
