📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement health promotion programs and campaigns to raise awareness about health issues and encourage positive health behaviors.
• Develop and deliver health education workshops, seminars, and community outreach activities.
• Create and distribute health promotion materials, including brochures, posters, and social media content.
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to identify community health priorities and measure the impact of health promotion initiatives.
• Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to develop and implement health promotion strategies.
• Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of health promotion programs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest health promotion trends, best practices, and research.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to community health workers and volunteers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health promotion, community health, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of health communication strategies and principles.
• Experience in designing and implementing health education programs and campaigns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant health promotion software.
• Valid certification in health promotion or a related field is a plus.
