📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verify and reconcile supplier invoices and purchase orders to maintain inventory integrity.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and analysis for management decision-making.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems using SAP ERP and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to company inventory policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control and audit procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, or a similar role in a retail or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in using SAP ERP, Excel, and other inventory management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
