📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Indonesian content into Mandarin and vice versa with high accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Review and edit translations to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to meet project deadlines.
• Use translation software such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar to manage and streamline workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in translation and localization.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving translation processes and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of Uwinfly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Chinese Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional translator, preferably in the field of business or marketing.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions in both languages.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
