As a Marketing & Financial Administrator at Private Advertiser, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing everything from marketing campaigns to financial records. You'll work closely with our marketing team to execute campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms. Simultaneously, you'll ensure our financial records are accurate and up-to-date using QuickBooks or similar software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and timely reporting.
• Manage and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital assets.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for marketing and financial activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or financial administration role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
