📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and cooking.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Monitor food costs and ensure profitability.,Participate in staff training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's license and certification.
