🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven track record of leading successful technology projects from inception to completion.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
