As a Front Office & Hostel Crew Member at Lushy Hosteln Penida, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, assist with bookings, and provide excellent customer service. Daily, you will interact with a diverse range of guests, making each visit to our hostel special and memorable.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Handle check-ins and check-outs using our booking system
- Provide information about local attractions, events, and activities
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the hostel
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
- Promote our hostel's services and amenities to guests
- Participate in team events and social activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or front office roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cleaning tasks
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities in Bali
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg
- Passionate about travel and meeting new people
