📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain project integrity.
• Monitor project progress and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., CMP, CSP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles.
