In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to streamline operations. You'll use tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and process mapping software to document and present your findings. Your insights will help us make data-driven decisions that drive growth and innovation.

• Analyze and document current business processes using tools like Microsoft Visio and process mapping software.
• Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in existing processes.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in business processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience in analyzing and improving business processes using tools like Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
• Strong understanding of process mapping techniques and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in business process management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a distributed environment.
